Instructor
I have extensive experience in adult education in the arts:
-
Adjunct professor of art at McGill University (School of architecture) in 1999-2013.
-
Observational sketching to mechanical engineering students; lectures on visual literacy to medical students.
-
Teaches regularly at the Haliburton School of the Arts at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Ontario.
-
Master classes in Toronto (co-instructor with: Jean-Pierre Larocque, Brian Smith);
-
Intensive workshop: The sensitized eye: where art, medicine and anatomy interact, to first year medical students at the Harvard School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusets in 2008-2013

Teaching philosophy:
I am only a guide, I need no following. I consider that painters of all levels should submit their work for periodic critique and coaching in order to progress.
