Nash grapples with a Jigg's dinner

With below zero nights and cold, rainy days, this example of Newfoundland cuisine hit the spot(and continued hitting for a few hours). It was good, but required 4 tooth-picks to extricate the 'salt beef'. Somewhere on the left side of the plate reside the 'tou-tons'
good, but hard to identify. Real food for real people, not recommended for delicate foodies. Stay tuned for digestion details.....
